Payments & Cancellations

  • A deposit of one night's accommodation is required to secure your booking with balance payable on arrival
  • Payment can be by Mastercard or Visa card. American Express will incure a surgacharge of 4.4%.
  • The deposit (less a $20 administration fee) will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations less than 7 nights prior to arrival (or no-shows) will forfeit deposit.
